Thai Japanese experience at Puerto Banús

A cool dank evening is not the best time to venture down to Puerto Banus but when it is to meet up with the doyenne of hospitality public relations, Charlotte Fisher, to try her new venture, it’s worth the trip. The Orchid Room is on the first floor of one of the Port’s latest culinary additions, Chateau Mona Lisa (formerly The Lonestar Brasserie) Unique in the fact that it is one of the few first floor dining venues and has spectacular views over the yachts and sea. Although on this occasion the panoramic glass doors were closed so the atmosphere was warm and comfortable but the twinkling lights were still on view. The usual warm welcome was extended by the beautiful Charlotte and a crisp white verdejo from Marques de Riscal soon found its way to the table.
